Nieshoff Design is a full-service graphic design studio that has been in business for over 20 years. The BASE combines exceptional athletic training and competition with education and career resources to empower student-athletes to achieve their full potential both on and off the field. Founded in 2013 by community leader Robert Lewis, Jr. and built on his 40 years as founder of the Boston Astros, The BASE now extends the powerful culture and foundation of success to many more.

The BASE was moving to a new headquarters in Roxbury, MA to address the growing needs of the organization. The new space includes updated classrooms, state-of-the-art batting cages, a gym, and office space for the staff. Nieshoff Design worked closely with the students and staff to create an environmental design that realized their vision for the new space. (The Lewis Family Foundation provided the generous funding for the new headquarters. Gensler was the architecture/branding firm.)
